Orise is seeking a visionary and results-driven Global IT Director to lead the transformation of our technology organization into a globally standardized, cloud-first, secure, and business-focused function.This is a strategic leadership role responsible for delivering Orise's global IT roadmap, building organizational capability, modernizing infrastructure, strengthening cybersecurity, improving service delivery, and enabling growth through technology, data, and innovation. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting business expansion, acquisition integration, operational excellence, and digital transformation. This role is open to be located in any of the countries where Orise has an office in the European Union Your Responsibilities Technology Leadership & Strategy Lead the execution of Orise's global IT strategy and multi-year technology roadmap. Partner with business leaders to align technology investments with business priorities. Establish governance, accountability, and performance management across all IT functions. Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team. Infrastructure & Operations Lead global infrastructure, cloud, network, workplace technology, and service management functions. Drive Azure adoption, network standardization, domain consolidation, and infrastructure modernization. Ensure resilient, secure, and scalable technology services across all regions. Business Systems & Digital Enablement Own the enterprise application portfolio and business systems strategy. Drive application modernization, system integration, and technology standardization. Enable data-driven decision making through modern analytics and reporting platforms. Cybersecurity & Compliance Oversee cybersecurity strategy, governance, and risk management. Ensure compliance with industry, regulatory, and corporate security requirements. Lead initiatives that strengthen security posture and operational resilience. Service Excellence & Shared Services Establish a high-performing Global IT Shared Services model. Define and manage service levels, operational metrics, and continual improvement programs. Enhance the employee technology experience through consistent global standards. Organizational Leadership Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing global IT leadership team. Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and customer service. Reduce dependence on external resources by building strong internal capabilities. Your Profile 15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience. Proven success leading global technology organizations and transformation initiatives. Strong experience across infrastructure, cloud, business systems, cybersecurity, and IT service management. Demonstrated ability to lead geographically dispersed teams and complex stakeholder environments. Experience managing technology budgets, vendors, and strategic technology investments. Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, ITIL, cybersecurity, or enterprise architecture certifications Preferred Experience within engineering, manufacturing, industrial automation, or professional services organizations. Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions and technology integrations. Requirements
Requires 15 or more years of progressive IT leadership experience, including success leading global technology organizations and transformation initiatives. Candidates should have broad expertise across infrastructure, cloud, business systems, cybersecurity, and IT service management, with experience leading dispersed teams, budgets, vendors, and strategic investments; relevant certifications are preferred.
