Job Description

The Company Our client is one of the leads from the Biotechnology industry who try to improve patients’ lives, by distributing their medicines to hospital and pharmacies in 100 different countries in the world, to over 10 million patients, in Europe, Turkey, Middle East and Africa Regions. Role Description As a Production Operator you will responsible for operating and monitoring semi-automated production lines in a GMP-controlled environment, ensuring consistent product quality and process accuracy. The role requires strong technical knowledge, analytical skills, to support continuous improvement and efficient production flow. Responsibilities Operate, monitor, and optimize fully automated production and packaging lines. Perform machine setups, changeovers, cleaning, line clearances, and technical adjustments. Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to restore optimal line performance. Record and verify production data using SAP/MES systems. Support deviation management, root cause analysis (RCA), and 5-Why investigations. Contribute to Lean, continuous improvement, safety, and quality initiatives. Requirements MBO or equivalent technical education in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or a related field. Proven experience as a Production Operator, Technical Operator, Machine Operator, or Production Technician. Experience working with automated production, assembly, packaging, or labeling lines. Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical/problem-solving skills. Experience in a GMP or other highly regulated manufacturing environment is preferred. Fluent in English and willing to work in 3 and 5shift schedules. Requirements

Requires MBO-level or equivalent technical education in mechanical, mechatronics, electrical, or a related field, plus experience as a production, technical, or machine operator or production technician. Candidates should have experience with automated manufacturing lines, strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, preferably GMP or regulated-environment experience, fluent English, and willingness to work rotating shifts.
