Job Description

Quality, Risk & Information Security Manager Quality, security and risk management are essential to everything we do. As S[&]T continues to grow within the Space, Defence and High-Tech sectors, we are looking for a Quality, Risk & Information Security Manager to own and continuously improve our integrated Management System. You will bring together quality management, information security, risk and compliance, ensuring that standards and regulations are translated into practical processes that work across the organisation. Working closely with senior management and technical teams, you will help strengthen our processes, manage risks and prepare S[&]T for continued growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, improving systems and building a strong culture of quality and security. About the Role We are looking for a Quality, Risk & Information Security Manager to own and continuously improve our integrated Management System, bringing together quality management, information security, risk and compliance, and working closely with senior management and technical teams to strengthen processes, manage risks and prepare S[&]T for continued growth. Responsibilities Own and continuously improve the integrated Management System, including ISO 9001 and ISO 27001. Coordinate internal, external, customer and certification audits, including follow-up on findings and corrective actions. Manage risk assessments, non-conformities and improvement activities. Coordinate information security, cybersecurity governance, GDPR and relevant NIS2 requirements. Support compliance with customer and Defence-specific requirements, including relevant security frameworks. Work with IT, HR, Operations and business teams to embed quality, security and risk management into everyday processes. Report on system performance, risks and improvement opportunities to senior management. Qualifications A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience. Required Skills At least 5 years of relevant experience in Quality Management, QMS/IMS, Information Security, Risk Management or a combination of these areas. Practical experience with ISO 9001 and/or ISO 27001, management systems and audits. Knowledge of risk management, information security governance and relevant regulations, such as GDPR and NIS2. A structured, independent and pragmatic approach, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. The ability to turn complex requirements into practical processes and drive continuous improvement. Essential: Fluent Dutch and English, NATO member country nationality, and the ability to obtain the required NATO security clearance. Preferred Skills Nice to have: Experience in Space, Defence, Aerospace or another high-tech environment; knowledge of AQAP and Dutch Defence security requirements (ABDO/ABRO); relevant ISO auditing or information security qualifications. Requirements

Requires at least five years of relevant experience in quality management, management systems, information security, or risk management, along with practical experience in ISO 9001 and/or ISO 27001 and audits. Candidates need fluent Dutch and English, nationality of a NATO member country, and the ability to obtain the required NATO security clearance; a relevant degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
