We are looking for a temporary Part-Time Personal Assistant to support our Director with personal and administrative tasks. This is a hybrid position, requiring both in-person and remote support, based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Responsibilities: Assisting with personal and day-to-day matters Creating itineraries for trips and events Managing travel arrangements and basic event coordination Making restaurant reservations Assisting with shopping and errands Purchasing tickets for shows, museums, and other events Handling basic administrative tasks Requirements: Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in administrative support Highly organized, reliable, and proactive Comfortable handling personal matters with discretion Available for both in-person and remote work Knows the city like a local Based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands
Core Responsibilities
Support the Director with personal and day-to-day matters, including errands, shopping, and basic administrative tasks. Arrange travel and itineraries, coordinate events, make restaurant reservations, and purchase tickets for shows, museums, and other events.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in administrative support is required, along with strong organization, reliability, and proactivity. The candidate must handle personal matters discreetly, be available for both in-person and remote work, and be based in Amsterdam with strong local knowledge.
