You have direct personal contact, can communicate quickly and make clear agreements about the work and payment terms. Over de functie You carry out installation work independently on projects in residential construction, utility, renovation and maintenance. This can range from smaller installation jobs to larger projects. Installing, replacing and modifying water pipes Installing sanitary facilities Installing and modifying drainage and sewer systems Installing heating pipes and related components Working from technical drawings Checking and handing over completed work independently Depending on your experience, assignments may also involve central-heating systems, heat pumps and other mechanical installations. Both individual technicians and experienced pairs are welcome. Core Responsibilities

Independently install, replace, and modify water pipes, sanitary facilities, drainage and sewer systems, and heating components on residential, utility, renovation, and maintenance projects. Work from technical drawings, inspect and hand over completed work, and potentially handle central-heating systems, heat pumps, and other mechanical installations.

Requirements

Applicants must have demonstrable plumbing or W installation experience, be able to work independently and read technical drawings, and have experience with water pipes, sanitary facilities, and drainage systems. They must also have their own company van and professional tools, a valid VCA certificate, Dutch Chamber of Commerce registration, suitable business insurance, and a good command of Dutch or English.
