Someone who can connect a client's ERP to Chainels in the morning, migrate a shopping centre's turnover history over lunch, and ship a Claude-powered agent before the sprint ends. The role In this role you'll be central to creating seamless, intelligent automations by integrating Chainels with a wide range of third-party solutions: ERP, CRM, smart building technologies (such as digital locks and energy meters) and AI agents. You'll work hand in hand with our Product Owner, Integrations Marketplace, from scoping to go-live. Our tech stack includes n8n Enterprise and Claude Code, among others. You'll be based at our Rotterdam HQ. What You'll Do Develop n8n workflows for integrations and automations Build AI-powered automations using Claude Code and LLM-based agents Write data import and migration scripts for client onboarding, from tickets to turnover data Design and optimise integration flows between Chainels and third-party platforms Improve and maintain live integrations Act as second-line support on integration issues Join client and vendor calls to scope integrations, gathering and documenting requirements together with the Product Owner Work as part of an integrations team of 5 within the engineering department What You Bring 3+ years experience with automations and integrations Experience with workflow automation platforms (n8n strongly preferred) Strong technical expertise in APIs, data mapping and scripting A pragmatic builder's mindset, comfortable working directly with client data A clear communicator who enjoys talking to clients and vendors, not just to their APIs Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent IT-related field Familiarity with Agile development workflows Bonus: hands-on experience with Claude Code or other LLM-based tooling What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package, including a modern pension plan Yearly personal development budget for your continuous growth Inspiring and dynamic work environment in a fast-growing, international company Vibrant company culture, celebrating results and supporting each other's growth through shared failures and successes Hybrid working model Laptop 25 days of annual leave Complimentary lunch and snacks at the office 🥪 Team outings, vrijmibo 🍻, team trips away 🏄 We are currently not hiring applicants who live outside of the EU.

Core Responsibilities

Build and maintain integrations and automations between Chainels and third-party systems, including ERP, CRM, smart-building technologies, and AI agents. Develop data import and migration scripts, support live integrations, and work with clients, vendors, and the Product Owner to scope requirements and deliver integrations.

Requirements

Applicants need at least three years of experience with automations and integrations, strong knowledge of APIs, data mapping, and scripting, and a pragmatic approach to working with client data. A bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, computer science, or a related IT field and familiarity with Agile workflows are required; experience with n8n is strongly preferred.
