Head of Logistics & Supply Chain Twinky | Full-time About Twinky Twinky is a fast-growing baby and children’s brand selling across multiple European markets through our own webshops and leading online marketplaces. As we continue to scale our business, we are looking for an experienced Head of Logistics & Supply Chain to build, manage, and optimize our logistics operations across Europe. We are looking for someone who has already operated at scale within an established e-commerce brand or multi-channel retailer and can bring the expertise, structure, and strategic thinking needed to support our next phase of growth. The Role As Head of Logistics & Supply Chain, you will take ownership of our end-to-end inventory management, forecasting, fulfillment strategy, and logistics operations across all sales channels. You will play a key role in ensuring that our products are available in the right quantities, in the right locations, at the right time — while maintaining healthy inventory levels and minimizing stockouts, excess inventory, and unnecessary logistics costs. A major part of this role will involve evaluating and implementing the right fulfillment strategy across Europe, including Amazon FBA, marketplace-specific fulfillment solutions, and centralized or local warehousing where appropriate. Key Responsibilities * Inventory management: Take ownership of inventory levels across all marketplaces, warehouses, and sales channels. * Demand planning & forecasting: Develop reliable inventory forecasts based on historical sales, seasonality, marketing plans, lead times, and projected growth. * Replenishment planning: Ensure purchase orders and inbound shipments are planned well in advance to maintain sufficient stock at all times. * Fulfillment strategy: Evaluate, implement, and optimize Amazon FBA, marketplace fulfillment programs, and local fulfillment solutions across European markets. * Multi-channel operations: Coordinate inventory allocation and availability across our own webshops and marketplaces such as Amazon, bol, Kaufland, Cdiscount, and other European platforms. * Supply chain optimization: Improve inbound logistics, warehousing, shipping costs, delivery performance, and operational efficiency. * Process development: Establish scalable systems, reporting, KPIs, and standard operating procedures to support significant business growth. * Supplier and partner coordination: Work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and fulfillment partners. * Strategic decision-making: Advise management on inventory investments, warehouse locations, fulfillment models, and operational risks. * Team and stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with management, purchasing, finance, and marketplace teams to align stock availability with business objectives. What We Are Looking For * Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, inventory planning, or e-commerce operations. * Previous experience working for an established brand, retailer, or multi-channel e-commerce business. * Experience managing inventory across multiple marketplaces, warehouses, or sales channels. * A strong understanding of demand forecasting, replenishment planning, and stock allocation. * Practical knowledge of Amazon FBA and, ideally, other marketplace-specific fulfillment programs. * Experience working with European logistics networks, third-party logistics providers (3PLs), and international suppliers. * Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate sales data into actionable inventory plans. * A bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher-education qualification (HBO level or equivalent in your country). * A proactive, structured, and commercially minded approach to problem-solving. * Professional English communication skills. Core Responsibilities

Own end-to-end inventory management, demand forecasting, replenishment, and fulfillment strategy across European markets and sales channels. Optimize logistics costs and performance, establish scalable processes and reporting, and advise management on inventory, warehousing, fulfillment models, and operational risks.

Requirements

Requires proven senior experience in logistics, supply chain, inventory planning, or e-commerce operations, including managing inventory across multiple channels and working with European logistics networks, 3PLs, and international suppliers. Candidates should have strong forecasting and analytical skills, practical knowledge of Amazon FBA, professional English communication skills, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher-education qualification.
