As part of the continued growth of our business, we are looking for a Field Trial Technician (m/f/d) to join our team in the Koszalin area (West Pomeranian Voivodeship, Koszalin County, Poland). Your Responsibilities: Provide technical support for breeding activities, particularly field trials conducted within the KWS trial network. Manage field trials with rye, barley, and maize within the designated area of responsibility. Plan, prepare, and execute activities related to the sowing and harvesting of breeding materials. Plan and coordinate agronomic operations on trial fields. Conduct field observations, including the use of drones, and report results for further analysis. Supervise seasonal employees during field operations. Ensure high-quality trial execution and the timely completion of assigned tasks Your Profile: Agricultural education (minimum secondary level); graduates of agricultural studies are welcome. Practical knowledge and experience in plant breeding or field trial management. Sound understanding of crop production, agronomy, and modern crop production technologies. Accuracy, responsibility, and reliability in performing assigned duties. Ability to organize own work and collaborate effectively within a team. Willingness to continuously develop professional skills and expand knowledge of plant breeding and agricultural technologies. Very good command of Polish and communicative English skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Valid Category B driver's license; Category C or CE license would be an advantage. Flexibility and availability, particularly during peak fieldwork periods. Willingness to travel within Poland (approximately 25% of working time). Core Responsibilities

Requirements

Requires at least secondary-level agricultural education, practical experience in plant breeding or field trial management, and a sound understanding of crop production and agronomy. Candidates should have very good Polish, communicative English, Microsoft Office skills, a valid Category B driving license, and flexibility to travel within Poland; a Category C or CE license and seasonal-worker coordination experience are advantages.
