Job Requirements Role Summary: Seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst in Life Science Advanced Therapy to drive onboarding of new Advanced Therapy products and quality data into enterprise CAR-T/Advanced Therapy Data Products platform. In this role, the BA will act as the key liaison between viral vector manufacturing sites, process development teams, and data engineering groups. Lead the effort to analyze source systems, define data ingestion pipelines, harmonize data models, and integrate operational and analytical data into downstream CAR-T/Advanced Therapy digital products. Key Responsibilities Partner with manufacturing, engineering, and IT teams to understand the data architecture in MES, eLIMS, and ERP platforms. Perform data profiling and validation using SQL or data exploration tools to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity across integrated data models. Map business source system data to target CDL schemas. Collaborate with Data Product Managers and Architects to expand existing CAR-T data products Translate business goals into actionable D&A user stories, and acceptance criteria Analyse the raw data and define KPI metrics and business rules for reporting and downstream analytics products. Maintain, prioritize, and refine the product backlog for MES-to-CDL ingestion and D&A product builds. Partner with Data Engineers, Solution Architects, and QA teams throughout the sprint lifecycle to ensure clear requirements and validate deliverables. Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), define test scenarios, and secure business sign-off for release. Ensure data ingestion patterns adhere to enterprise data governance, security, and quality standards. Create standard DOMDs, functional specifications, data dictionaries, process workflows, and user guides. Work Experience 5-7Years

Requirements
The role seeks an experienced Technical Business Analyst with 5–7 years of experience, ideally in Life Science Advanced Therapy data environments. It requires the ability to work with SQL and source systems such as MES, eLIMS, and ERP, and to translate business needs into data product requirements, specifications, and test scenarios.
