Key Responsibilities Lead AS‑IS / TO‑BE process mapping for clinical pack & label workflows (packaging, labelling, kit assembly, reconciliation, returns, destruction, chain of custody). Conduct stakeholder workshops with clinical supply chain, quality, regulatory, labelling, clinical operations, and manufacturing to elicit requirements and prioritize features. Produce clear, testable business and functional requirements, process flows (BPMN/Visio), use cases, and acceptance criteria for MES replacement. Perform gap analysis between current MES functionality and desired target state; identify impacts to SOPs, training, and business processes.
