As our IT & Infosec Director, you own our end-to-end digital architecture and cybersecurity posture. You work side-by-side with Operations, Legal, I&D, and Commercial teams – connecting core business tools while safeguarding critical IP and customer data. You report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), leading our Business Applications, IT Infrastructure & Cloud, and Information Security teams as we expand globally.
What you'll do
Strategic roadmap and business systems: Drive our multi-year IT roadmap to support global growth. Integrate enterprise systems seamlessly across ERP, CRM, PLM, and business intelligence tools. Ensure our software ecosystem scales efficiently alongside expanding business operations.
Cybersecurity architecture and risk management: Establish, govern, and enforce company-wide security policies and zero-trust architectures. Oversee threat detection, incident response plans, and secure data handling procedures. Conduct regular risk assessments, penetration tests, and vendor security audits.
Defense and aviation compliance: Lead compliance across global frameworks including ISO 27001, CMMC, NIST SP 800-171, and ITAR/DFARS controls. Protect sensitive defense and aviation customer data against evolving threats. Partner with external auditors and compliance assessors to maintain top certifications.
Global infrastructure and cloud operations: Oversee network resilience, cloud environments, and hybrid workplace hardware deployments. Manage enterprise identity systems like Azure AD and Entra ID. Run routine disaster recovery testing to guarantee operational stability across sites.
Leadership and executive advisory: Serve as the primary tech advisor to executive leadership on digital investments and cybersecurity risks. Lead, coach, and develop high-performing technical teams across applications, infrastructure, and security. Manage external IT partners, software vendors, and managed security service providers.
What you bring
BA or MSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
10+ years of progressive IT and Information Security leadership experience
Proven background in high-tech hardware, defense, aerospace, software, or engineering environments
Deep working knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST SP 800-171, CMMC, GDPR, and ITAR/EAR protocols
Hands-on experience with enterprise ERP, PLM, and business intelligence architecture
Recognised security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CCISO preferred
Confident communicator who balances strict security controls with organizational agility
Cool-headed leader capable of driving calm, rapid response during critical system incidents
Willing to travel up to 5% to strategic partners and international sites

The IT & Infosec Director will drive the global IT roadmap, manage enterprise systems, and oversee cybersecurity architecture. They will lead technical teams and serve as a primary advisor to executive leadership on digital investments and risk management.
Requirements
Candidates must have 10+ years of progressive IT and Information Security leadership experience in high-tech or engineering environments. A degree in Computer Science, IT, or Cybersecurity is required, along with deep knowledge of global compliance frameworks.
