Job Description
Do you want to shape the people agenda together with senior business leaders and turn strategy into action?
As HR Business Partner at Kramp, you are the trusted people partner to a VP and their Management Team. You combine strong business understanding with broad HR expertise to help shape and deliver the people and organization agenda.
This is a truly end-to-end HR Business Partner role: from strategic organization and talent topics to complex employee relations and day-to-day support for managers. You own the HR topic and ensure it moves from question to resolution.
What will you do?
- Partner with a VP and Management Team to translate business strategy into organization, leadership, talent and people priorities.
- Provide constructive challenge and use business and people insights to strengthen decision-making.
- Advise managers across the full employee lifecycle, including performance, development, reward and day-to-day people matters.
- Own employee relations cases end-to-end, including sickness and absence, performance and conduct cases, exits and complex or legally sensitive employee matters.
- Lead the people side of organizational change, including organization design, restructurings and implementation of change.
- Own HR topics through to completion: provide advice, coordinate the right HR expertise, follow up on actions and complete the required HRBP activities in our systems.
- Work closely with CoEs, Cluster HR, Recruitment and HR Operations.
- Contribute beyond your own function by sharing insights and driving selected cross-functional HR topics.
What do you bring?
- Broad HR expertise and experience in an HR Business Partner or comparable role.
- Strong business acumen combined with solid hands-on HR and employee relations experience under the governance of Dutch Labour Law.
- Confidence to partner with senior leaders, constructively challenge and influence decisions.
- Experience with organizational change, talent, performance, sickness/absence and complex employee cases.
- Strong stakeholder management and sound judgement in sensitive situations.
- A pragmatic, proactive approach with strong ownership and follow-through.
What does success look like?
Your VP and Management Team involve you early because you understand their business, bring proactive insights and constructively challenge when needed. You move comfortably from discussing organization strategy and talent with a VP to helping a manager resolve a difficult employee case.
You own rather than hand over: you bring in specialist or operational support where needed, while remaining accountable for ensuring the topic is resolved and what is agreed gets delivered.
