Job Description

Your Team Responsibilities

As a Client Consultant in our Real Assets Client Coverage team, you'll work with institutional investors, asset managers and consultants across the region, connecting them to MSCI's real estate data, indexes and analytics.

You'll build and strengthen trusted client relationships, understand client priorities and demonstrate how MSCI's tools can support performance benchmarking, risk assessment and more informed investment decisions in private real assets.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Build and grow trusted relationships with real assets clients across the Netherlands, understanding their needs and investment priorities.

  • Demonstrate MSCI's real estate data products, analytics and dashboards, connecting their capabilities to client objectives.

  • Translate client needs into practical applications of MSCI's data and analytical tools.

  • Use AI-enabled tools to enhance reporting, communicate insights and support client engagement.

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

  • At least four years of relevant professional experience, including experience in client relationship management.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify relevant insights and communicate findings clearly.

  • Good understanding of financial markets, investment concepts and the real estate sector, including real estate data and performance analytics.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships, understand client needs and communicate effectively with institutional investors.

  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to translate complex financial and real estate data into clear, compelling presentations.

  • Practical familiarity with AI tools and their application to data analysis, reporting and client engagement.

  • Fluent in English and Dutch.
