About the role
We are looking for a Supply Chain Supervisor to play a key role in the coordination and optimization of logistics operations across inbound, outbound, inventory, and customer support activities. Working closely with customers, carriers, operational teams, and internal stakeholders, you will help ensure the smooth flow of information, products, and services throughout the supply chain.
This role is responsible for the leadership, coordination, and planning of inbound transport flows (FCL, LCL, and Air) to Tilburg, as well as outbound EXW shipments to customers, ensuring efficient and timely execution of all transportation activities.

How you will contribute
- Coordinate inbound, outbound, and stock transfer activities, ensuring accurate planning, scheduling, system administration, and delivery against agreed service levels.
- Serve as a key point of contact for customers, suppliers, carriers, and internal teams, resolving queries and supporting day-to-day operational requirements.
- Monitor shipment requirements, inventory performance, and operational priorities to help ensure efficient and timely movement of goods across the supply chain.
- Prepare, analyze, and share operational and customer performance reports, including service levels, KPIs, quality measures, and business reviews.
- Collaborate with operational, inventory, and IT teams to investigate and resolve order, stock, and system-related issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis, support corrective and preventive actions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service, quality, and efficiency.
- Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and operational procedures to support consistency, compliance, and knowledge sharing.
- Manage customer requests, urgent priorities, and operational escalations while maintaining a high standard of service and communication.
- Provide support and operational backup to leadership when required, while promoting collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement across the business.
What you will bring
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, customer service, operations support, or a related environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively and guiding teams.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills in English, with confidence engaging with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the capability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and recommend practical solutions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and the ability to work effectively with business and warehouse management systems.
- A collaborative, adaptable, and continuous improvement mindset, with a commitment to quality, safety, customer focus, and supporting the success of the wider team.
