Duties & Role:
Support the implementation of the SHAPE Gap Analysis Engineering Change Proposals (ECPS) against the internal ASIM Passive Sensor and ASIM Sensor Control.
Skill, Knowledge & Experience:
- The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
- Solid experience in SW development using C/C++ and experience with Git version control
- Good understanding and application of software engineering best practices, testing, and documentation,
- Several years of Unix experience
- Good teamworking skills
Desirable:
- Experience in real time air domain application for Sensor / TDL / Flight plan
- Understanding of (Radar) Interfaces,
- Network configuration, debugging troubleshooting (TCP/IP, VPN, VLAN, firewall, DNS, …)
Core Responsibilities
Support the implementation of SHAPE Gap Analysis Engineering Change Proposals for ASIM Passive Sensor and Sensor Control systems. Ensure high-quality software development through adherence to engineering best practices, testing, and documentation.
Requirements
Candidates must possess an active NATO SECRET security clearance and solid experience in C/C++ development. Proficiency in Unix environments and experience with version control systems like Git are required.
