David Kennedy Recruitment is expanding and is seeking to onboard an experienced Freelance Recruitment Partner to support its growing portfolio of international clients across AI, SaaS, technology and digital businesses.
This is a remote, success-based partnership for genuine recruitment specialists who can source, engage, screen and deliver strong candidates, rather than simply forward CVs.
Position: Fixed Term or Freelance Recruiters
Location: Remote, Europe
Employment type: Freelance - able to invoice (SLA)
Remuneration: Commission per placed candidates
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Source, engage and screen candidates across AI, tech and digital disciplines for DKR's international clients
Headhunt proactively using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and X-ray search
Assess technical experience, portfolios and candidate suitability against client requirements
Deliver high-quality, well-screened candidates to active vacancies
Draw on your existing candidate networks across Europe and international markets
Work independently across multiple vacancies, with a focus on quality over volume
Areas of recruitment
AI/ML Engineers, Software Engineers and Ruby on Rails Developers
Cybersecurity and Application Security Engineers
Senior Product Managers and Product Designers
Performance Marketing, Paid Media and Affiliate Marketing
AI-native technology and digital product professionals
REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient in English (spoken and written) - this is a must!
5+ years of recruitment experience
Proven experience recruiting technical and digital professionals internationally
Strong LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, X-ray and proactive headhunting skills
Ability to assess technical experience, portfolios and candidate suitability
Existing candidate networks across Europe and international markets
Excellent English communication skills
Independent, proactive and quality-focused

Core Responsibilities
The Recruitment Partner will proactively source, engage, and screen candidates across AI, tech, and digital disciplines for international clients. They are responsible for assessing technical suitability and delivering high-quality candidates to fill active vacancies.
Requirements
Candidates must have at least 5 years of international recruitment experience with a focus on technical and digital roles. Proficiency in English and advanced headhunting skills, including Boolean and X-ray search, are mandatory.
