Internship Account Management | Gennep | €700 | Start: February 2027

Dive into the world behind our invoices! During the account management internship at Arvato, you will investigate how our invoicing aligns with what actually happens on the work floor and identify opportunities to make this process smarter and easier to control. You will translate your findings into a practical work instruction that helps us better substantiate and verify our invoices.

YOUR INTERNSHIP ASSIGNMENT

As part of this Account Management internship, you will work on a financial project with an operational impact. You will investigate how our invoices are structured and to what extent they align with the activities and processes that actually take place on the work floor.

Among other things, you will map out:

• Which activities are carried out on the work floor and how they are invoiced;
• How an invoice is created and which steps and data are involved;
• How we can make the invoicing process more traceable and easier to verify.

Based on your research, you will develop a clear work instruction that describes step by step how an invoice is structured, how it can be checked, and what information is needed to substantiate the invoicing.

YOUR PROFILE

• You are pursuing a Bachelor's degree at a university of applied sciences (HBO) in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field;
• You have an affinity with numbers, data, and financial topics;
• English is the working language of the team, so proficiency in English is a plus;
• You work in a structured and accurate manner and enjoy digging into a question until you get to the core of the issue;
• You have a proactive attitude.
