Core Responsibilities
Lead restaurant operations and deliver a hospitable customer experience aligned with the company’s concept. Prepare poke bowls as needed, including evening and weekend shifts, while maintaining safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements
Candidates should have extensive hospitality experience, leadership experience, and a strong understanding of HACCP safety and hygiene standards. They should be naturally hospitable, enthusiastic about healthy fast food, flexible to work evenings and weekends and travel outside Almere for initial training, and hold a valid residence or work permit and a BSN number.
