We are seeking a Data Scientist specialized in transaction monitoring to join our team. You will develop and improve the transaction monitoring data model and work with large‑scale data pipelines. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain the transaction monitoring data model for global data sources. Write and optimise production‑ready PySpark code to process large data flows at scale. Help build and maintain a monorepository and onboard new regions to the data model. Coordinate with data producers across Rabobank to ensure data quality and availability. Collaborate with developers creating transaction monitoring logic, providing reliable data. Required Qualifications At least 4 years of relevant work experience. Experience as a Data Scientist or Data Engineer. Strong proficiency with Python and PySpark. Professional proficiency in English and strong communication skills. Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Information Studies or a comparable STEM field. Nice to have Experience in an IT environment. Experience with Databricks. Experience with Microsoft Azure. Knowledge of medallion architecture.

Requirements

A master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Information Studies, or a comparable STEM field is required; Databricks, Microsoft Azure, medallion architecture, and IT environment experience are advantageous.
