Job Overview We are looking for a hands-on and technically strong Support Engineer to provide field and remote technical assistance for our residential energy storage products in the Benelux market. The ideal candidate combines deep product knowledge, field service capability, and customer-centric problem-solving skills to support installers, channel partners, and end-users. This role is key to ensuring successful installation, operation, and customer satisfaction in a fast-growing business environmentKey Responsibilities Provide timely and effective technical support to installers, distributors, and end-users via phone, email, and on-site visits. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AC-coupled/hybrid energy storage systems, inverters, and system integration. Conduct on-site inspections, system commissioning, and performance evaluations as needed. Develop and deliver technical training and documentation for partners and installers. Collaborate with R&D and product teams to relay field feedback and contribute to product improvement. Ensure all field activities comply with local electrical standards, safety regulations, and company guidelines. Maintain accurate records of support cases, solutions, and field reports. Requirements Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years in a technical role within energy storage, inverter, or residential PV industries. Must be familiar with AC-coupled/hybrid systems. Location: Must be based in the Netherlands or Belgium. The role is remote-friendly but requires frequent on-site support with same-day travel capability. Language: Professional proficiency in English is required. Fluency in Dutch or French is mandatory for effective local communication. Skills & Traits: Strong independent problem-solving and fast-learning abilities. High execution capability and adaptability in a fast-paced, scale-up environment. Practical, hands-on approach with a willingness to travel frequently for on-site support. Background: Open to both Chinese diaspora and local candidates. Candidates with local work authorization are preferred. Nice to Have: Hands-on experience as an installer or in system commissioning. Knowledge of local certifications and standards (e.9.,NEN1010, Synergrid C10/11). Previous experience supporting brands such as SolarEdge, Enphase, Solis, Pylontech, or similar. Core Responsibilities
Provide remote and on-site technical support for residential energy storage systems, including troubleshooting, inspections, commissioning, and performance evaluations. Requirements
Candidates must have at least five years of technical experience in energy storage, inverters, or residential PV, with familiarity with AC-coupled or hybrid systems. They must be based in the Netherlands or Belgium, speak professional English and fluent Dutch or French, and be able to travel frequently for on-site support.
