Team Summary The Copy Quality Team provides expert guidance on copy management and localization, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality across all related domains while collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to improve processes, tools, and overall efficiency within the Operations Department. Function Summary Tiqets currently supports 16 languages and the Copy Quality Project Manager plays a crucial role in the localization process, focusing on execution, quality assurance, and continuous improvement, particularly in automation. This involves close collaboration with development teams, data scientists and AI specialists to enhance AI tools for localization. The Copy Quality Project Manager is responsible for setting localized content quality guidelines, managing localization projects (Product, B2B, UX, etc.), and ensuring localized content quality aligns with organizational standards. This includes research, project planning, feedback, and managing and improving content localization tools and processes. What you will do Oversee the planning and execution of localization initiatives, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and quality standards across supported languages and markets. Including projects to introduce new languages. Maintain localization copy quality standards for products and experiences. Monitor machine translation quality in all languages. Coordinate tasks to ensure product translation issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner. Coordinate tasks to ensure ad-hoc translation requests from internal stakeholders are addressed and resolved in a timely manner. Manage relationships with external localization vendors. Ensure projects delivered by external vendors are delivered on time, within the assigned budget, and with agreed-upon quality standards. Maintain and update Tiqets localization guidelines across all languages supported by Tiqets. Continuously track and monitor the current localization process. Evaluating workflow processes to ensure efficiency and quality. Define localized copy quality standards and create metrics to track localization quality. Be a localization expert and collaborate with Product & Development Teams and Data Scientists on AI-based projects to improve localization tools (i.e. AI translation assessor, AI-based translation, etc.). Identify and investigate potential localization-related issues and propose data-informed solutions to streamline localization processes at Tiqets. What we're looking for 2+ years of hands-on experience in a localization team as a project manager or in a specialist role. Analytical mindset with experience building Looker (or similar BI) dashboards and reports. You’re curious about AI and enjoy experimenting with new tools to explore what they can do and how they can improve the way we work. You’re not shy to work with stakeholders across all seniority levels to align on critical projects. Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable taking end-to-end ownership of your work. Thrives in fast-moving startup/scale-up environments with minimal oversight (nice to have e-commerce experience). Clear, concise communicator capable of breaking down complex concepts into actionable next steps. Living in the Netherlands. Requirements

Requires at least two years of hands-on experience in a localization team as a project manager or specialist, plus analytical experience building Looker or similar BI dashboards and reports. The candidate should be curious about AI, organized and proactive, comfortable managing stakeholders and projects independently in a fast-moving environment, and living in the Netherlands.
