About the Company The organization’s Digital Strategy unit works with clients across the North Netherlands region to improve business processes and digital services through technology. Teams bring together professionals with expertise in business analysis, process optimization, and PEGA to deliver practical solutions for clients. About the Role As a Business Analyst PEGA, you will work at the intersection of business and IT, translating complex processes and client needs into clear requirements. You will use interviews and business analysis techniques to understand requirements and work with your team to develop effective PEGA solutions. You will be involved throughout the project lifecycle, from analysis and design through implementation and optimization. Candidates with PEGA experience can take on responsibility immediately, while those with limited or no PEGA experience but a strong interest in business analysis and process automation can develop into the role through the ilionx Academy. Key Responsibilities •Analyze and model business processes. •Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements. •Create, analyze, and prioritize user stories. •Work closely with developers, consultants, and stakeholders. •Contribute to the development and optimization of PEGA solutions. •Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. •Support projects where PEGA plays an important role in improving processes and digital services. Required Qualifications •Completed HBO-level education. •At least 3 years of IT experience as a PEGA Consultant, Business Analyst, Information Analyst, Functional Designer, or in a comparable role. •Affinity with IT and low-code platforms, preferably PEGA. •Interest in business analysis and process optimization. •Strong communication and analytical skills. •Knowledge and experience working with Agile methodologies. •Excellent command of Dutch, both written and spoken. •Willingness to continue developing professionally. Preferred Qualifications / Requirements •PEGA experience is preferred. •PEGA certifications, such as Certified Business Architect PEGA, are a strong advantage. Core Responsibilities

Analyze and model business processes, translate client needs into functional and non-functional requirements, and create and prioritize user stories. Collaborate with developers, consultants, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to develop, implement, and optimize PEGA solutions and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Requirements

Candidates must have completed HBO-level education, at least three years of relevant IT experience, an affinity for IT and low-code platforms, and an interest in business analysis and process optimization. Strong communication and analytical skills, Agile experience, excellent spoken and written Dutch, and a willingness to develop professionally are required; PEGA experience and certification are advantageous.
