You’ll be part of a close-knit local team with access to a global network of SAP experts, giving you the freedom to shape your role and make a real impac About the Role As a Senior SAP S/4HANA Lead Consultant, you will be the first point of contact in customer engagements, leading initial discovery workshops to understand business needs, assess readiness, and shape transformation paths. You bring deep expertise in at least one SAP module, but also have the breadth and insight to identify when and which additional experts are needed. You’ll guide clients through early-stage planning and continue to support delivery through design and implementation phases. Responsibilities Lead discovery workshops to assess current ERP landscapes, identify business challenges, and define high-level solution approaches Translate business requirements into SAP solution concepts and transformation roadmaps Provide hands-on consulting in your area of SAP expertise (e.g., FICO, SD, MM, PP, EWM, etc) Identify and coordinate the involvement of additional experts when needed for deeper dives Collaborate with architects and project managers to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions Support presales activities, including scoping, effort estimation, and proposal development Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the transformation journey Requirements A completed bachelor/university degree in (Business) Informatics, Economics, or a related field 5+ years of experience in SAP ERP consulting, with deep expertise in at least one core module Proven ability to lead discovery workshops and early-phase assesments Strong understanding of S/4HANA capabilities, transformation approaches, and industry best practices Fluent English is required; Dutch language skills are a strong plus Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skilss A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for delivering value What we offer: A collaborative and entrepreneurial team culture Opportunities to work on high-impact SAP projects across industries Access to a global network of SAP experts and resources Continuous learning and development, including SAP certifications and training Flexible working arrangements and a strong focus on work-life balance Competitive compensation and benefits package About T-Systems NL BV In the Netherlands T-Systems has 200 employees with office locations in Utrecht and Rijswijk. Core Responsibilities

Lead customer discovery workshops to assess ERP landscapes, understand business challenges, and define SAP solution concepts and transformation roadmaps. Provide hands-on expertise in an SAP module, coordinate additional specialists, support presales and delivery, and advise clients throughout their transformation.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics, Economics, or a related field, at least five years of SAP ERP consulting experience, and deep expertise in at least one core SAP module. Candidates should be able to lead early-stage assessments, understand S/4HANA transformation approaches, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and be fluent in English; Dutch is a strong plus.
