Job Responsibilities: 1. Perform 7×24 and 5×8 IDC (Internet Data Center) on-site duties as per Client requirements. 2. Respond to incidents and execute work orders, including temporary tasks, in accordance with service SLA requirements. 3. Be familiar with IDC environment and monitoring systems, proactively identifying and assessing risks through routine inspections. Handle emergency incidents swiftly and accurately following EOP processes, ensuring proper incident data recording and preliminary report output. 4. Be proficient in the ticketing system, master SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) workflows, and strictly adhere to them. Independently complete all work orders while ensuring zero errors and meeting SLA compliance rates. 5. Have a thorough understanding of IDC equipment, including switches, servers, cables, and installation, racking, deployment, and maintenance standards. Execute site surveys, on-site support, minor construction, and issue reporting as required. Educational Background: (1)Degree Requirement: Full-time associate degree or equivalent and above. (2)Major Requirement: Computer-related disciplines. Work Experience: (1)Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of data center management. (2)Years of Experience: Basic knowledge of data center management. (3)Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and foundational IT equipment knowledge. Core Competencies: (1)Communication Skills: Clear logical expression and polite listening. (2)Collaboration Skills: Team spirit with mutual support and cooperation. (3)Management Skills: Strong self-discipline and self-management. (4)Language Skills: Local language + English, or local language + Chinese.
Core Responsibilities
Perform on-site data center operations, respond to incidents and work orders, and follow service-level requirements and established procedures. Inspect and maintain data center equipment, identify risks, support deployments and minor construction, and document incidents and issues.
Requirements
Requires a full-time associate degree or equivalent or higher in a computer-related discipline, along with basic knowledge of data center management and IT equipment. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office, communicate clearly, work collaboratively, manage themselves effectively, and speak the local language plus English or Chinese.
