About ILX Management ILX Management B.V. (ILX) is an Amsterdam-based emerging market-focused private debt asset manager. It manages private debt funds with €1.7 billion of commitments from leading Dutch and Nordic institutional investors, which invest in project-based loan participations originated and structured by the growing Multilateral Development Banks (MDBs) and Development Finance Institutions (DFIs). ILX’s vision and mission is to provide large-scale investment opportunities in global development finance that contribute to sustainable development across emerging markets, safeguarding ESG risks and supporting the achievement of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the goals of the Paris Agreement. The team & your role The Investor Reporting & Performance Analytics Specialist is part of ILX’s Investor Relations team and reports to the Head of Investor Relations. The team manages ILX’s overall relationships with institutional investors and ongoing global fundraising. Together, we provide investors with transparent and insightful portfolio and performance reporting and market analysis. In this role, you support the preparation and delivery of investor reports and provide investors both the portfolio, financial performance and development impact. Working closely with the ILX Investment, Sustainability, Portfolio Management, Finance and Risk teams, you will build a broad understanding of ILX’s portfolios and contribute to accurate, timely and high-quality quantitative investor reports and analysis. You will provide quantitative and qualitative analysis and research on project, portfolio, and market data, identifying relevant trends and helping translate findings into clear presentations, dashboards and management information for investors and internal stakeholders. As the ILX business grows, you will contribute to improving reporting processes, analytics, tools and data quality. This is a hands-on a role offering significant learning and career opportunities, exposure to institutional investors and increasing responsibility as your experience develops. More specifically, your responsibilities will consist of: Coordinate the preparation of quarterly and annual investor reports, covering portfolio performance, composition, risk and impact; Contribute in preparing investor presentations, due diligence materials and fundraising documentation, and help coordinate responses to DDQs and investor requests; Support the preparation of reporting materials for ILX’s governance bodies and senior management; Perform portfolio analyses across sectors, regions, counterparties and currencies, working with the investment and portfolio management teams; Maintain and further develop dashboards and management information for internal stakeholders; Support the translation of impact data, including contributions to the SDGs and climate finance, into clear investor-facing materials and the annual impact report, working with the Sustainability team; Research trends in private credit, development finance and impact investing, and contribute to market and thematic analyses; Perform data checks and help maintain accuracy and consistency across investor reporting; Support improvements to reporting processes and tools, including the appropriate use of AI and data analytics, together with the Portfolio Management, Finance, Risk, Operations and Technology teams. What will you bring us? This is a quantitatively driven role that requires strong analytical skills, a high level of numerical accuracy, advanced data analytics capabilities, and the ability to convert complex portfolio and market data into meaningful insights, reporting and decision support for institutional investors and internal stakeholders. Qualifications and experience A master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Econometrics, Business Administration or another relevant quantitative discipline; At least 2 years and up to 4 years of relevant work experience in investor reporting, portfolio analytics, market research, asset management or financial services; Strong quantitative finance skills Keen interest in financial markets and related tools such as Bloomberg Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills Experience with Power BI or a similar visualisation tools; Exposure to SQL, Python, AI tools; Strong interest in development finance and impact investing. Our team is office-based, and we are looking for a colleague who values collaboration in person in a diverse, international environment.
