Job Description

Job description: Your mission: As a Car Fleet Coordinator, you will support the effective management of the company’s fleet across Europe by ensuring accurate administration, reliable reporting, and a high level of customer service. You will coordinate key fleet-related processes, maintain vehicle data, support employees with fleet enquiries, and help ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations. Your work will contribute to the smooth and efficient delivery of fleet services across the organization. What you will do: Support the acquisition, disposal, management, and reporting of company vehicles across Europe. Manage lease car administration and all fleet-related processes. Process invoices and purchase orders in SAP accurately and within agreed timelines. Maintain vehicle records, listings, and fleet data using internal fleet management systems and SharePoint. Ensure accurate administration of fleet-related activities, including joiners, movers, leavers, insurance, maintenance, fines, and penalties. Act as the first point of contact for employee fleet-related enquiries and ensure timely resolution. Support reporting activities and provide accurate fleet statistics and analysis. Assist with budget preparation, forecasting, and reporting for fleet services. Perform invoice verification, reconciliation, and processing activities. Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, company policies, and fleet management best practices. What we ask for: Previous experience in Fleet Administration, ideally supporting multiple European countries. Experience working within a multinational organization and an international business environment. Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Good reporting and analytical skills with attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. SAP experience is considered an advantage. Experience with fleet management systems or databases is beneficial. A collaborative team-player mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Fluent English, both written and spoken.
