Job Description As a Pricing Analyst, you will help ensure the accurate setup, maintenance and settlement of commercial agreements. Working closely with Sales, Finance, Credit and the wider Pricing team, you will support the processes that connect trade terms with financial data and reporting. You will play an important role in ensuring that accruals and settlements are processed accurately and in a timely manner, in line with commercial agreements and internal control requirements. You will play an active role in the transition of L’Oréal Benelux into SAP S/4HANA, as well as aligning our trade terms to our commercial transformation roadmap. In this job, you will have a wide range of responsibilities, including: Commercial Agreements – Accruals & Settlements Management Create and maintain commercial contracts and agreements in SAP, using inputs validated with the sales team. Ensure the system calculates and posts financial accruals correctly. Initiate settlements for commercial conditions, such as year-end rebates and promotional activities. Track accruals, reconcile them with settlements, and retain supporting evidence of performance. Create, update and settle commercial purchase orders in the internal purchasing tool, using accurate information from the sales team. Change Management & Internal Collaboration Work with the divisions to harmonise and simplify pricing processes across Sales, Finance and Credit teams. Act as a pricing champion in our trade terms simplification roadmap. Align pricing procedures with Group standards and support the transition to SAP S/4HANA. Partner with Sales, Finance and Credit, and work with other Pricing Analysts and the Pricing Manager to support cross-divisional customers and identify opportunities to work more efficiently. Trade Terms Data Governance Maintain commercial contracts, settlement data and purchase orders regularly within our internal systems. Identify and correct inconsistencies, anticipate risks in collaboration with commercial controllers and sales teams. Carry out activities in line with internal control guidelines, as defined by the Group. Your Profile Our Ideal Candidate Has Or Is A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration or related field. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a business environment within finance, data management or customer care teams is recommended, however entry-level candidates will also be considered. Technical expertise in SAP, Excel as well as AI tools is highly recommended. Process-driven, data-oriented with strong analytical skills and an eye for details. Core Responsibilities

Requirements

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration or a related field is sought, along with at least two years of experience in finance, data management, or customer care; entry-level candidates may also be considered. Recommended qualifications include SAP, Excel, and AI tools expertise, strong analytical and detail-oriented skills, a process-driven approach, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
