Position: Solution Architect - Continuous Improvement – Managed Services Department: Managed Services Visa Sponsorship: You must have legal working rights in the country of your residence within the European region. As the Solution Architect Lead for Managed Services, you will be responsible for shaping the long-term evolution of our customers' Microsoft business application landscape after go-live. Rather than focusing on project delivery, your role is centered on continuous improvement, platform optimization, strategic advisory and technology roadmap development for enterprise customers running Dynamics 365 and the broader Microsoft ecosystem. Requirements When do we match up? You have... 10+ years of experience working with Microsoft business applications, including Dynamics 365. Proven experience working as a Lead Solution Architect on large-scale international implementation projects. Strong expertise in enterprise architecture, solution governance, integrations and application lifecycle management. Experience engaging with business and executive stakeholders in global organizations. A track record of defining technology roadmaps and driving digital transformation initiatives. Core Responsibilities

Lead the long-term evolution and optimization of enterprise customers’ Dynamics 365 and Microsoft business application environments after go-live. Partner with customer stakeholders and delivery teams on health assessments, roadmap alignment, release readiness, architecture reviews, and strategic improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Requires 10+ years of experience with Microsoft business applications, including Dynamics 365, and a proven record as a Lead Solution Architect on large-scale international implementations. Candidates should bring expertise in enterprise architecture, governance, integrations, application lifecycle management, stakeholder engagement, technology roadmaps, and architecture team leadership, as well as fluency in spoken and written English.
