Role: Senior Semiconductor Test Engineering & Account Leader Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands Experience: 10 years About the Role We are looking for a highly experienced Semiconductor Equipment professional who can combine strong technical expertise, customer engagement, account mining, and business development capabilities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding customer relationships, driving program success, mentoring engineering teams, and identifying new business opportunities within the Semiconductor Equipment ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Develop and grow strategic relationships with existing and potential Semiconductor Equipment customers. Drive account mining initiatives and identify new business opportunities within customer accounts. Act as the primary technical advisor for customer engagements and program delivery. Lead discussions with customers to understand business challenges and recommend effective technical solutions. Ensure high-quality delivery with a strong focus on First-Time-Right execution. Collaborate with Engineering, Hiring, Training, and Delivery teams to build technical capabilities and deployment readiness. Mentor Manual Testing and Automation Testing teams to achieve delivery excellence. Define and create technical and commercial business requirements. Support leadership teams in contract negotiations, solution positioning, and business growth initiatives. Provide system-level understanding and articulate complex technical problems and solutions effectively. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to strengthen business positioning. Work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute as a strong team player. Solve complex customer and business challenges through analytical thinking and innovative approaches. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Strong experience in the Semiconductor Equipment industry. Proven track record in customer engagement, account management, and business development. Experience working with Semiconductor Equipment manufacturers and ecosystem partners. Strong understanding of system-level architecture, testing, validation, and engineering services. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience in mentoring technical teams and driving delivery excellence. Strong commercial acumen with exposure to contract discussions and business proposals. Requirements
