About Us Blackmont Consulting is a student-led consulting organisation that partners with non-profits, social enterprises, and early-stage ventures to strengthen organisational performance and scale impact. We provide students and recent graduates with practical consulting experience to develop the next generation of consulting professionals. About the Role We welcome motivated students and recent graduates (up to 2 years) who are interested in developing practical recruitment and communication skills in an international environment. Previous experience is not required, as full onboarding and training will be provided. Recruitment Interns support the end-to-end recruitment process while working closely with the Recruitment Team Lead. What We Offer • A 3-month internship. Key Responsibilities • Publishing job ads on LinkedIn. • Screening CVs and shortlisting candidates based on role requirements. • Coordinating professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment process. • Conducting structured interviews with applicants. • Preparing interview evaluations and justification statements following each interview. • Submitting candidate documentation, including CVs and interview assessments, to the Recruitment Team Lead for hiring decisions. • Collaborating with your team to achieve monthly objectives. • The role will require an average of 5 hours' work per week. What We're Looking For • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. • Highly motivated students or recent graduates (up to 2 years) looking to gain practical recruitment experience. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Well-organised, proactive, and pays close attention to detail. • Able to manage tasks independently in a remote working environment. Nice to Have • Basic understanding of recruitment or human resources. • Any previous experience in recruitment, customer service, or other customer-facing roles. Start Date Beginning of the following month. Please note: this is a voluntary, unpaid internship designed for students and recent graduates seeking hands-on experience while working in a global, remote organisation.
Core Responsibilities
Publish job advertisements, screen and shortlist candidates, coordinate with applicants, and conduct structured interviews. Prepare interview evaluations and candidate documentation for the Recruitment Team Lead, while collaborating with the team to meet monthly objectives.
Requirements
Applicants should be current students or recent graduates, within two years of graduation, pursuing or having completed a bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, organisation, attention to detail, proactivity, and the ability to work independently remotely are sought; prior recruitment experience is not required.
