Good work! Over de functie The Operator A is responsible for ensuring that the assigned production line operates efficiently, producing products that meet both quality and quantity standards. This role involves performing basic production tasks while strictly adhering to safety and quality regulations. Your key Responsibilities: Set up and monitor machines and automated processes Track production, manage orders, and make adjustments Perform quality checks, including metal detection, and report issues Maintain order and safety on the line Guide and supervise line staff to ensure compliance Escalate any deviations Working hours: Our warehouses operate 24/7, so the work schedule includes weekend shifts as well as morning, afternoon, and night shifts. Shift start times vary depending on the shift and the team. For example, a morning shift may start at 06:00, 08:00, or 10:00. Wat wij vragen MBO level 2 work and thinking skills, with relevant experience in a similar role Experience in the food production industry, quality standards (HACCP, BRC) Ability to operate and monitor machinery, handle production data, and perform quality checks Good proficiency in Dutch and/or English language These qualities are important for the Production Operator A in Venlo. Core Responsibilities

Set up and monitor production machinery and automated processes, track production and orders, make adjustments, and perform quality checks including metal detection. Maintain safety and order on the production line, guide line staff in following requirements, and escalate deviations.

Requirements

Applicants should have MBO level 2 work and thinking skills and relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in food production. They should be able to operate machinery, handle production data, perform quality checks, understand HACCP and BRC standards, and communicate proficiently in Dutch and/or English.
