Job Overview: High-impact technology senior lawyer to lead interpretation of EU AI Act and regulations with respect to Lenovo’s business and products, assist worldwide multifunction team in implementing compliance processes, and provide counsel to diverse client groups regarding the Act and legal matters relating to artificial intelligence generally. Core Responsibilities

Interpret the EU AI Act and related regulations for Lenovo’s business and products, and advise global teams and diverse client groups on AI legal matters. Lead and support compliance implementation, engage with regulators alongside government relations professionals and outside counsel, and negotiate agreements involving AI products, services, and technologies.

Requirements

Requires a JD or LLM, admission to practice, and 12 years of legal counseling, drafting, and negotiation experience; experience in AI, software, SaaS, or related technologies is preferred. Candidates should bring advanced-technology regulatory expertise, strong communication and organizational skills, sound judgment, practical problem-solving ability, and the ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively across teams.
