We are currently looking for a teamlead for the SRXP and Exact Financials teams in Delft. The SRXP team develops in PHP. This 'PHP A-Team' not only works on SRXP but also contributes on a project basis to Officient in Ghent and Winbooks Connect in Louvain-la-Neuve (Belgium). The Exact Financials team currently consists of three people and develops in Progress. In this role, you will be responsible for people management on the one hand, and defining and achieving objectives regarding quality, security, and new functionalities on the other. In addition to directly managing these teams, you will take on a project management role that spans across all local products. This could involve projects like implementing the Support Agent or establishing a connection to the Invoice Gateway for all local products. Both the SRXP and Exact Financials teams operate highly independently. As a result, this position offers an excellent learning environment in both software development (technology) and product management (market orientation). As team lead your are responsible for leading the highly skilled professionals of the SRXP and Exact Financials Team in Delft. This = Our Tech Stack A variety of tech stacks are used across our local products. For Exact Financials, OpenEdge is leading, while SRXP is written in PHP. You are not expected to write code or develop in these languages yourself, but you do, of course, possess solid knowledge of secure software development lifecycles (SSDLC). Core Responsibilities

Lead the SRXP and Exact Financials teams in Delft, managing people and setting and achieving objectives for software quality, security, and new functionality. Manage cross-product projects for local products, such as implementing the Support Agent or connecting products to the Invoice Gateway.

Requirements

Candidates should have strong people and project management skills, a technical and analytical mindset, and knowledge of software development and delivery processes and product management frameworks. The role requires HBO-level education and fluency in Dutch and English; hands-on coding in PHP or OpenEdge is not expected.
