About the position As a Caretaker you play a vital role in supporting our students and staff on a day to day basis. Together with the other caretakers you take care of our buildings and are responsible for a wide array of tasks such as small repairs, solving (safety) issues, support during events, closing the building etc. With your team you keep the buildings and surroundings in a good, clean and safe condition and you are part of our Emergency Response Team (BHV).We offer Salary in scale 4, based upon knowledge and experience (min. € 2.554,- max. € 3.309,- full-time per month, before tax). Core Responsibilities

Maintain school buildings and their surroundings in a clean, safe, and good condition, including carrying out small repairs and resolving safety issues. Support school events, help close the building, and serve as part of the Emergency Response Team.

Requirements

The candidate should be flexible, service-oriented, proactive, and willing to perform hands-on tasks in a busy and noisy environment. They should interact constructively with students and staff, be open to different cultures, and speak and understand both English and Dutch.
