For one of our key clients in the logistic sector the Tillburg/Breda/Eindhoven area, we are looking for a Resident Automation Technician to support its daily operations. Responsibilities Oversee the E80 system, ensuring its proper operation, operational stability, and the coordination of all necessary activities to achieve performance and availability targets Perform corrective maintenance and troubleshooting activities on the equipment to ensure efficiency. Report on system performance and performed activities (including anomalies and corrective actions) to the Customer and E80 Group. Build and maintain a strong relationship between the Customer and E80 Group based on trust, daily commitment, technical results and equipment’s reliability. Organize periodic meetings on E80 Group’s system performance with the Customer’s representatives. Conduct periodic on-the-job training for the Customer’s personnel. Promote improvement activities, modifications, and extensions to the system or equipment, co-supervised by the Direct Manager and in agreement with the Area Manager. Manage spare parts on-site, suggesting reorder points and purchases as needed. Organize and manage the maintenance area, tools, and equipment available from E80 Group and/or the Customer. Requirements Technical qualification in the electromechanical field or industrial automation. Good understanding of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical drawings. Previous experience as an electromechanical or transfer technician, electrician, or automation engineer, ideally in the manufacturing sector. Ability to perform electromechanical work at heights (after completing specific training). Knowledge of Siemens PLC, Beckhoff, Allen Bradley, or Rockwell is not mandatory, but will be considered a plus. Other Requirements Desire to make a difference and daily represent E80 Group in front of the Customer. Dutch and English (advanced or native level) with excellent communication skills. Strong autonomy and proactivity. Outstanding problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Curiosity about learning new technologies. Permanent rights to work in Germany, with no restrictions. Valid driver’s license and car owner. Core Responsibilities

Oversee the E80 automation system, maintain its operational stability, troubleshoot and repair equipment, and report performance and corrective actions to the customer and E80 Group. Build the customer relationship, organize performance reviews and training, promote system improvements, and manage on-site spare parts, tools, and maintenance areas.

Requirements

A technical qualification in electromechanics or industrial automation is required, along with the ability to interpret electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical drawings and relevant technician or automation experience. Candidates need advanced or native Dutch and English, autonomy, strong problem-solving skills, a valid driver’s license and car, and unrestricted permanent work rights in Germany; PLC knowledge and experience working at heights are advantageous or subject to training.
