Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences is seeking a motivated and versatile Erasmus+ Project Coordinator, Researcher & Lecturer to join our Knowledge Hub. This position combines Erasmus+ project- and mobilities coordination, research activities, proposal development, and a limited teaching and student supervision component that offers opportunities for academic development. The successful candidate will play an important role in strengthening Wittenborg's research and educational environment. This position is particularly suitable for recent PhD graduates and early-career academics seeking to develop a well-rounded profile by combining international project coordination and research, and the gradual development of teaching and student supervision experience. Key Responsibilities: Erasmus+ Project Coordination Coordinate and support Erasmus+ projects, ensuring efficient execution and compliance with grant requirements and institutional policies. Liaise with project partners, researchers, funding agencies, and other stakeholders across Europe. Monitor project progress, timelines, deliverables, and reporting requirements. Consolidate project outputs, reports, and documentation while ensuring quality assurance and timely submission. Support the organisation of project meetings, workshops, dissemination activities, and international events. Coordinate and support Erasmus+ mobilities for students and staff (both KA131 and KA171 projects) Proposal Development & Research Contribute to the development and writing of Erasmus+ and other externally funded project proposals. Conduct research to support proposal development and project implementation. Contribute to the Knowledge Hub's scholarly activities and research projects. Participate in academic publications, conference presentations, workshops, and seminars. Teaching, Supervision & Student Support Contribute to Wittenborg's educational activities through a modest teaching load, including lesson preparation, assessment, student communication, and related educational activities, depending on institutional needs and the candidate's expertise. Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate students in the completion of their final graduation assignments and support students throughout their study journey as a process tutor or study advisor. * Appropriate guidance and mentoring will be provided to support the candidate's development as an educator and academic practitioner. Communication & Presentation Deliver professional presentations in English to diverse audiences, both online and face-to-face. Represent Wittenborg and its Research Centre at meetings, conferences, dissemination events, and project activities. Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Travel Occasional international travel for project meetings, conferences, dissemination activities, and partner events (primarily within Europe). Requirements: Recently awarded a PhD degree (normally within the past 12 months) or expected to complete doctoral studies within the next 12 months. Excellent written and spoken English skills. Strong academic writing skills, particularly in proposal development, report writing, and scholarly publications. Demonstrated interest in research, scholarly activities, and academic publishing. Strong organisational and project coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously. Interest in further developing teaching, supervision, and student support skills Willingness and ability to travel occasionally internationally. Residing in the Netherlands within reasonable travelling distance from Apeldoorn. In possession of a valid residence permit with the right to work in the Netherlands and/or eligible for a highly skilled migrant residence permit following graduation or an orientation year in the Netherlands. Experience with Erasmus+, Horizon Europe, or other externally funded research projects is considered an advantage. Experience with student and staff mobilities is considered an advantage Previous teaching, tutoring, or student supervision experience is considered an advantage. B2 or higher proficiency in Dutch is considered an advantage. Core Responsibilities

Requirements
Applicants must have recently completed a PhD or expect to complete doctoral studies within 12 months, demonstrate excellent English and academic writing, and have strong organisational and project coordination skills. They should be based within reasonable travelling distance of Apeldoorn, have the right to work in the Netherlands or be eligible for the stated highly skilled migrant permit route, and be willing to travel occasionally; relevant project, mobility, teaching, and Dutch-language experience are advantages.
