Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Commercial Contracts & Pricing Coordinator to join a dynamic, international team. In this role, you will support the operational execution and governance of contracts and pricing processes across multiple ex-US markets. The position plays a critical part in ensuring compliance, process efficiency, and accurate implementation of contractual terms within operational systems. Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for external stakeholders and internal teams across approximately 112 countries, providing guidance on contracts and pricing activities. Support governance and continuous improvements in contracts and pricing processes, policies, and systems. Translate contractual agreements into operational system configurations, ensuring correct tax classifications and compliance with financial standards. Collaborate with affiliates and global teams to implement contractual terms accurately and efficiently. Assist with audit and compliance activities to uphold regulatory standards. Contribute to system enhancements and process optimization projects, supporting scalable and efficient operations. Deliver training and knowledge transfer activities to ensure consistency and understanding across teams. Provide data analysis and insights to support operational decision-making and strategic initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience or an associate’s degree with 5+ years of experience. Experience in contract and pricing operations, finance, or business administration. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and cultures. Ability to learn complex systems quickly, particularly SAP or Vistex is preferred. Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail. Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills. Experience working in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or medical devices is preferred. Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities. Requirements
