Due to business expansion, GOFO is offering an opportunity for the position of Logistics Administrator in our Office located in Amsterdam. Role Description Regularly liaise with local DSPs (Delivery Service Providers), continuously monitor their operational performance, and promptly respond to and resolve partners' issues and concerns. Quickly identify and resolve various abnormal issues occurring during the delivery process, enhancing the overall stability and timeliness of delivery services. Collaborate on optimizing operational workflows, improve standardized procedures, and enhance DSP fulfillment capabilities and last-mile delivery quality. Qualifications Familiarity with the Dutch 3PL market and existing relationships with local 3PL providers. Proven ability to plan, allocate resources, and flexibly schedule vehicles to meet dynamic operational needs. Strong coordination skills for both internal teams and external suppliers. Proficiency in Chinese and English is essential; familiarity with Dutch is preferred.

Liaise with local delivery service providers, monitor their performance, and promptly resolve partner concerns and delivery disruptions. Help optimize operational workflows and procedures to improve provider fulfillment capabilities and the quality and timeliness of last-mile delivery.
Requirements
Candidates should know the Dutch 3PL market and have relationships with local providers, along with the ability to plan resources and flexibly schedule vehicles. Strong coordination skills and proficiency in Chinese and English are essential; Dutch familiarity is preferred.
