Ask question What will you do? As a Sales Support Employee, you will support the Sales Manager and Managing Director in their daily commercial activities. You will ensure that customer information, quotations, and reports are accurately maintained and will serve as an important link between customers, suppliers, and colleagues. Your Responsibilities Include Managing and maintaining the CRM system Ensuring customer data is accurate and up to date Preparing and processing quotations Maintaining customer contact Updating dashboards and reports Supporting the Sales Manager and Managing Director with quotations and commercial activities Communicating with suppliers regarding requests and inquiries Performing various commercial support activities What do you bring? MBO+ working and thinking level Affinity with technology and engineering Affinity with CRM systems Experience in a commercial support role is an advantage Good command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written In Addition, You Are Accurate and well organized Independent and proactive Strong communicator Reliable and committed to keeping agreements Good at planning and organizing Practical and hands-on What do we offer you? Core Responsibilities

Maintain the CRM system and accurate customer records, prepare and process quotations, and maintain customer contact. Support the Sales Manager and Managing Director with commercial activities, reporting, and communication with suppliers.

Requirements

Requires MBO+ working and thinking level, an affinity for technology, engineering, and CRM systems, and good spoken and written Dutch and English. Commercial support experience is an advantage; the candidate should be accurate, organized, proactive, reliable, communicative, and practical.
