What you’ll be working on as a Senior Electromechanical Engineer As a Senior Electromechanical Engineer, you will design and develop electrical cabinets, enclosures, cabling, and connectivity solutions for complex high-tech systems. You will translate requirements into robust 2D/3D designs, support validation and testing, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver reliable, manufacturable products. Responsibilities Design electrical cabinets, racks, enclosures, connection boxes, panels, and related electromechanical assemblies. Develop cabling, connectivity, routing, and interface solutions between electronic and mechanical system components. Create and maintain 2D/3D CAD designs and Technical Product Documentation (TPD). Support product validation, testing, design reviews, and issue resolution. Ensure designs meet requirements for safety, EMC, thermal performance, quality, manufacturability, cost, and serviceability. Your profile Education & Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field. Minimum 4 years of experience in electromechanical or electronic product development. Experience with complex 2D/3D CAD design and technical documentation. Experience working in multidisciplinary engineering teams. Technical Skills Knowledge of cabling, connectivity, EMC, safety, diagnostics, and thermal concepts. Experience designing electrical cabinets, enclosures, panels, and related assemblies. Familiarity with Siemens NX and Teamcenter is an advantage. Ability to support testing, validation, and technical problem-solving. Personal Competencies Strong ownership, accountability, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork abilities. Structured, quality-focused, and able to balance technical trade-offs. Core Responsibilities

Design electrical cabinets, enclosures, panels, cabling, and connectivity solutions for complex high-tech systems, producing and maintaining 2D/3D CAD designs and technical documentation. Support validation, testing, design reviews, and issue resolution while ensuring designs meet safety, EMC, thermal, quality, cost, and manufacturability requirements.

Requirements

A bachelor's or master's degree in electrical, electromechanical, mechanical engineering, or a related technical field is required, along with at least four years of relevant product development experience. Candidates should have experience with complex CAD design, technical documentation, cabling and connectivity, and multidisciplinary engineering; fluent English and EU or NATO nationality are also required.
