Commercial Policies, Governance & Ways of Working Establish the commercial governance model for Europe, including decision rights, escalation paths, performance review forums, business planning routines, and cross-functional launch readiness meetings. Partner with Legal, Compliance, Medical, Regulatory, HR, Finance, and Global Commercialization to develop and implement the foundational commercial policies required before launch.
