ICBC Amsterdam Branch is looking for a talented intern to join the Corporate and Investment Banking Department under a 3 month to 6 month short-term contract starting preferably from November 2026 or earlier if possible. As a compliance assistant you will be responsible/in charge of various compliance tasks as indicated below. Tasks and Responsibilities Assist relationship managers in KYC due diligence, annual review and information update; Fulfill tasks set out by supervisors from several departments; Assist in relationship managers to complete credit due diligence report and files archiving management; Assist relationship managers to complete annual rating and credit limit; Assist in loan duration management; Assist relationship managers in account opening and daily settlement; Assist to carry out data search and material collection; Perform research at a supervisor's request. Profile and Personal Skills Studying for a bachelor or university degree in Law, Finance, Accounting or equivalent. Requirements

Applicants should be studying toward a bachelor’s or university degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent field. The role calls for fluent English, preferably Dutch, Mandarin Chinese as an advantage, strong MS Office skills, communication and teamwork, initiative, discretion, integrity, and cross-cultural awareness.
