Job Description • Assisting Hyxi Technology Europe B.V. logistic duties: inbound and outbound of shipment, stock coordination. • Working closely with Sales, RMA, BO, Supply Chain and external warehouse company; • Handling all issues with freight forwarder and other logistics companies to coordinate the shipments; • Liaising with our Finance Department in China regarding incoming and outgoing payments; • Assist in the daily operational activities; • Provide Sales operation support locally • Office Intern activities; • Other duties as directed by Business Operation and Logistics Director Job Requirement • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Business Administration, Operations Management, Economics, or related field preferred). • Profound knowledge of MS Office and Oracle systems • Self-starter with ability to work with little supervision • Accuracy in this role is mandatory • Excellent problem solving and communication skills • Fluent in both Chinese and English (written and spoken) Dutch would be considered as plus.

Core Responsibilities

Support inbound and outbound shipments, stock coordination, freight-forwarder issues, and daily logistics and business operations. Coordinate with internal teams, external warehouse and logistics providers, and the China Finance Department, while also providing local sales operations and office support.

Requirements

Applicants should be pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in business administration, operations management, economics, or a related field, and have knowledge of Microsoft Office and Oracle. The role requires accuracy, initiative, problem-solving and communication skills, and fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English; Dutch is a plus.
