Job Description Responsible for teaching and learning activities in the elementary school program, including creating lesson plans, implementing the teaching activities, and monitoring the progress of each student. Teaching students with an active learning system Creatively engage students in the lessons and keep students curious and attentive Inform the parents about their children's progress during conferences Other responsibilities given by the Principal related to the school program Job Requirements Must possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree, preferably in Mathematics, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Primary Teacher Education, English, Social Science or other relevant teaching degree. Significant working experience in classroom settings. Familiarity with international curricula and English-language instruction is an advantage. Strong command of English, both verbal and written. Proficiency in applying technology for teaching, i.e. Microsoft, Google Workspace, Digital Presentation, etc. Passion for teaching, easy-going, open-minded, and collaborative. Core Responsibilities
Plan and deliver elementary lessons using an active-learning approach, engaging students and monitoring each student's progress. Communicate student progress to parents during conferences and take on other school-program responsibilities assigned by the Principal.
Requirements
A bachelor's or master's degree is required, preferably in a relevant teaching or subject area, along with significant classroom experience. Strong spoken and written English, proficiency with teaching technology, and a collaborative, open-minded approach are expected; familiarity with international curricula and English-language instruction is an advantage.
