Your Tasks: ✓ Ensure the kitchen is orderly and assists Cooks to prepare and arrange food. ✓ Prepare ingredients prior to meal service, such as chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or cleaning seafood. ✓ Learn to manage and man all departments of a kitchen; ✓ Prepare ingredients prior to meal service, such as chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or cleaning seafood. ✓ Clean the kitchen ✓ Wash dishes and utensils ✓ Be responsible for the storage of food, both incoming stock and leftovers. ✓ Supervising compliance with the regulations in the field of safety, working conditions and HACCP and other rules. Dishwasher As a dishwasher you will follow all the operational procedures of the company and make sure that every customer receives the best service possible. A dishwasher will need to also clean restaurant equipment. Your Tasks: ✓ Follow companies service etiquette. ✓ Ensure a polite and clean appearance all the time. ✓ Wash dishes and utensils ✓ Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing ✓ Help in the kitchen when necessary- Clean the kitchen, Wash dishes and utensils, prepare ingredients prior to meal service, such as chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or cleaning seafood. Core Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients and assist cooks with food preparation, kitchen organization, and food storage. Clean kitchens and restaurant equipment, wash dishes and utensils, and follow company procedures and safety, working-condition, and HACCP regulations.

Requirements

Applicants should have experience in the same role, learn new skills quickly, and be organized with strong English communication skills. They should be motivated to provide excellent customer service, available to work weekends and holidays, and have EU documents.
