- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 onsite IT support for workplace incidents in an enterprise environment.
- Manage and resolve LAN and Wi-Fi-related issues, including proximity-based interventions and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Provide printing support, including troubleshooting and resolving printer-related incidents and service issues.
- Support hardware deployments, installations, and related workplace technology activities.
- Manage and maintain IT assets through ServiceNow, ensuring accurate asset records and effective incident tracking.
- Handle incidents through ServiceNow, ensuring timely updates, resolution, and proper documentation.
- Deliver a high level of customer service and user support, particularly in high-pressure situations.
- Follow established security, compliance, and operational protocols.
- Participate in governance reviews and support adherence to workplace IT processes and standards.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement to improve support efficiency.
- 6–8 years of overall professional experience in IT support, workplace support, service desk, or a related enterprise IT environment.
- Strong hands-on experience providing onsite IT support in enterprise environments.
- Proven experience with ServiceNow for incident management and IT asset management.
- Strong experience supporting LAN and Wi-Fi environments.
- Practical experience with printing support and troubleshooting.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle high-pressure support situations.
- Good understanding of IT security, compliance, and operational protocols.
- Experience supporting hardware deployments and workplace technology.
- Ability to work effectively with users, technical teams, and other stakeholders.
- Diagnose and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 workplace IT incidents efficiently.
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, printing, hardware, and workplace technology issues.
- Use ServiceNow effectively for incident management, ticket updates, tracking, and asset-related activities.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with end users while maintaining a strong customer experience.
- Work independently in an onsite enterprise IT support environment.
- Prioritize and manage multiple incidents while meeting operational requirements.
- Follow security policies, compliance requirements, and established IT support procedures.
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.
