De functie
Als QA-QC Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken en continu verbeteren van onze kwaliteits- en productieprocessen. Je ziet toe op de naleving van kwaliteitsnormen, handelt afwijkingen af, stelt inspectie- en testplannen op en voert audits en inspecties uit. Daarnaast begeleid je klantbezoeken en goedkeuringsprocessen en draag je actief bij aan een consistente en hoge kwaliteitsstandaard binnen de organisatie. De functie vereist voortdurende aandacht voor diverse onderwerpen en het vermogen om te werken onder tijdsdruk en wisselende omstandigheden. In deze functie ben je regelmatig onderweg naar onze eigen locaties en die van leveranciers in het buitenland bezoeken.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Voer je kwaliteitscontroles en audits; intern en bij leveranciers, inclusief opvolging;
- Behandel je non-conformaties;
- Schrijf je inspectie-, test- en reparatieplannen;
- Stel je (mede) kwaliteitsplannen voor projecten op;
- Ondersteun je de QC-organisaties van onze productiebedrijven in Polen en China;
- Houd je audits op de productielocaties, inclusief opvolging;
- Stel je (mede) de inspectieformulieren op;
- Geef je input tijdens de tender-/salesfase;
- Stel je verbeteringen voor aan de manager QHSE;
- Geef je (mede) vorm aan het QHSE platform;
- Voer je regelmatig HSE-werkplekinspecties uit.
Kennis en ervaring
- HBO werk- en denkniveau;
- Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring;
- Kennis van en ervaring met audits, zowel op product als op proces;
- Materiaal- en productkennis is een pré;
- Certificaat VCA-Basis;
- Proactief in het vergaren van kennis om technische problemen op te lossen;
- Maritieme/scheepsbouw kennis is een pré;
- Beheersing van software tool RDrive is een pré;
- Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels in woord en geschrift;
- Een flinke dosis zelfstandigheid.

Core Responsibilities
The QA/QC Specialist is responsible for monitoring and improving quality and production processes, including conducting internal and supplier audits. They also handle non-conformities, create inspection and test plans, and provide support to production facilities in Poland and China.
Requirements
Candidates must have at least 5 years of relevant experience and an HBO level of education. Proficiency in Dutch and English, along with knowledge of auditing and maritime/shipbuilding processes, is required.
