You & your role
As Data Analyst Insights, you know the secrets of turning complex data into reliable insights that help stakeholders make better decisions. You act as the primary contact for data consumers, validate new business requirements, support implementation of new initiatives, and help improve processes through data-driven analysis. You represent the voice of the customer and end user while working across business and technology teams.

- Independently drive analysis, design robust reporting capabilities, and ensure the highest standards of quality, governance, and auditability.
- Developing and optimizing enterprise-grade reporting and analytical solutions.
- Working closely with the Product Owner and Business Stakeholders to help determine the right priorities.

You & your talent
- Master’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience on similar roles.
- Experience working with large and complex datasets, query optimization and data modelling.
- Experience with a set of analytical tools: SQL development, Python Pyspark, Power BI, Data Bricks.
- Resilient under pressure and capable of delivering in fast-changing, agile, environments.
- Curious, proactive, and continuously looking for opportunities to improve how we work.
- Excellent at communicating in English.
- A Dutch work permit and residence are required.

Candidates must hold a Master's degree and possess over 5 years of relevant experience in data analysis and modeling. Proficiency in SQL, Python, Pyspark, Power BI, and Data Bricks is required, along with a valid Dutch work permit.
