Job Description

 Het betreft een nieuwe functie, waarbij de diverse taken en processen nog verder uitgewerkt moeten worden.

Dit doe je o.a. door:

  • Managen van retour en reparatie stromen in het ERP systeem
  • Technisch beoordelen van de retouren
  • Order initiatie voor vervolg acties retouren, gebaseerd op technische beoordeling
  • Voortgangsmonitoring en rapportage
  • Initieren van externe reparaties modules
  • Identificeren van en aanpakken van verbetermogelijkheden in de retouren processen
  • Voorraadbeheer van retouren en reparaties

Wat heb je nodig om succesvol te zijn in deze functie?

  • Minimaal MBO4 nivo
  • Kennis van logistieke stromen binnen een technische omgeving
  • Ervaring met ERP systemen (QAD en/of SAP)
  • Ervaring met CRM systemen (Salesforce)
  • Beheersing van Nederlandse en Engelse taal (geschreven en gesproken)
  • In staat zijn processen te overzien (helikopter view)
  • Technische affiniteit
  • Zelfstartende pragmatische werkinstelling
  • Bij voorkeur 3 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare omgeving

Core Responsibilities

The Return Coordinator manages return and repair flows within the ERP system and performs technical assessments of returned items. They are also responsible for monitoring progress, initiating external repairs, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least an MBO4 level education and experience with ERP and CRM systems. Proficiency in both Dutch and English, along with technical affinity and a pragmatic, self-starting attitude, is required.
