Summary: Envipco Holding N.V. is seeking a Holding Accountant to take ownership of core parent-company accounting activities while supporting high-quality group consolidation, external reporting, and process improvement within Group Finance. The role covers the monthly close, reconciliations, payments, treasury-related accounting, financing and equity transactions, share-based compensation, statutory reporting support, and day-to-day maintenance of the Dutch holding entities. It also includes coordination with external service providers in tax, legal, financing, and treasury matters. In addition, the Holding Accountant will support the Manager, Consolidation & External Reporting with monthly consolidation, elimination entries, intercompany reconciliations, IFRS technical matters, and interim and annual reporting. The role suits a hands-on finance professional who combines strong technical accounting skills with an operations mindset, improving systems, controls, documentation, and reporting processes as the group continues to grow.
Tasks:
Holding Accounting & Company Maintenance
Own parent-company accounting, monthly close, reconciliations, payments, and day-to-day maintenance for Envipco Holding N.V. and Envipco Europe B.V.
Account for holding-level investments, treasury, financing, equity, share-based compensation, and other parent-company transactions.
Support statutory, audit, transaction, and entity-change processes, coordinating where needed with tax, legal, financing, and treasury advisors.
Consolidation & External Reporting Support
Support monthly consolidation, elimination entries, intercompany reconciliations, and maintenance of consolidation structures.
Contribute to interim and annual reporting, including IFRS disclosures, audit support, and ESEF/XBRL requirements.
Assist with IFRS interpretation and consistent application of group accounting policies.
Process, Controls & Operations Alignment
Improve close, consolidation, journal entry, reconciliation, approval, and reporting processes.
Strengthen controls, documentation quality, and audit readiness across relevant finance processes.
Support finance transformation and tool improvements across ERP, planning, consolidation, and reporting systems.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, finance, business economics, or a related field; professional qualification such as RA, CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent a strong plus.
5+ years of relevant experience in accounting, group finance, consolidation, audit, or financial reporting.
Experience in a listed company, multinational group, or public accounting environment.
Strong IFRS knowledge, including application to group reporting, intercompany matters, investments, financing, equity transactions, and share-based compensation a plus.
Experience with monthly close, consolidations, reconciliations, statutory reporting, audit support, and multi-entity or parent-company accounting.
Structured, hands-on, and ownership-driven working style with strong attention to documentation, controls, and audit readiness.
Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel capability, and experience working with ERP and reporting systems.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Adaptive Planning, consolidation tools, or comparable finance systems preferred.
Exposure to ESEF/XBRL reporting, technical accounting memoranda, and IFRS position papers.
